We welcome Kristine Niestrom, Director of Rehabilitation, Ageility Rehabilitation. Be sure to join her for a discussion on the importance of fall prevention, factors that increase the risk for falls, interventions that can reduce fall risk, and an exercise program demonstration that is focused on improving strength and balance to reduce your fall risk.
