Join SAIL for a program and demonstration on how to help without hurting yourself or the person your are assisting. Volunteer Physical Therapist Ruth Meyer will share tips on how to safely assist a person who is somewhat unsteady or weak while walking and transitioning to a sitting position.
This is a great program for people who provide rides to others.
